I you don't already know, Minted is getting into the art market. They have many competitions throughout the year for artists to submit their work to be included in the Minted collection. So, I have been submitting work to hopefully one day win and have my work on their site.

The latest challenge is art that will also be sold on the Domino website. Take a look and vote for your favorite pieces and of course if you like!

Renegade Craft Fair!

Renegade Craft Fair - Illustration by Madeline Trait

It's that time of summer to welcome the Renegade Craft Fair to San Francisco Mason Center. This year they are changing things slightly by adding an additional pavilion to house 500+ artisans. I will be in the Herbst Pavilion and selling my cake toppers and a couple new works made specifically for the fair. I will have new prints, inspired by Hawaii and hand painted bead necklaces that you can make yourself! So come on by and say hello!

More on Martha Stewart

Madeline Trait

As some of you may know I am a contributor on Martha Stewart and though my contributions can be sporadic it's fun to see them when they are live. The latest one is a super fun and easy DIY I did with Angie of Chairs and Cups {a super chic tabletop rental company!} on how to make rope containers for your summer parties. They really are perfect for picnics or outdoor festivities as they are light and super chic. {Other great edition to your table setting for summer are my lovely chipboard place cards and star cake toppers!}

Take a look at the entire DIY here.
